RTCentras & Bell Partners sign up to use the DigitalMR communities247 platform

CEO of DigitalMR and Co-founder Bell PartnersLondon/Vilnius March 11th 2014: RTCentras - a Lithuanian headquartered market research specialist after careful evaluation, has decided to sign up with DigitalMR to use its private online communities platform and social media research services.

communities247 (previously eCommunities) is a software platform that will now allow companies in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) and in Belarus to recruit private online communities or community panels for the purposes of market research, co-creation, customer activation and customer advocacy.

The platform is multilingual and equipped with a range of useful marketing research tools, most of which have been especially designed by DigitalMR’s researchers and software engineers in order to bring innovation and efficiency to the marketing research process. Some of the available tools that enable engagement with the community members are: Moderated Bulletin Board Discussions (enabling the use of rich media), Video and Photo Diaries for ethnography, Chat Group Discussions, Online Surveys and Polls.

RTCentras owns panels in all 4 countries through its subsidiary Bell Partners which are used for marketing research purposes. The panels can be used to recruit onto private online communities for higher engagement and less churn. In addition to using larger communities for ad-hoc research for its clients, the communities will be made available to companies or brands to consider recruiting their own private online communities for co-creation and insights.

DigitalMR’s CEO, Michalis Michael said, “I am excited about this win for a number of reasons: With one partner, DigitalMR cover 4 countries that will now have access to communities247. RTCentras, our new partner in the Baltics is well respected in the marketing research space and their choice of communities247 over other platforms is a significant win for the stage DigitalMR is in.”

Edmundas Brazenas Co-founder of RTCentras said, “We are very happy and proud to be the first in the Baltic States, launching this new and advanced market research technology for our clients. Our Company, as always, is committed to be a pioneer and in the forefront of technological developments in the area of marketing research. RTCentras and Bell Partners using the DigitalMR platform for online qualitative research is one more proof that we deliver on this commitment. Our consumer panels in the Baltic States are quite unique and are there to help companies better connect and understand their consumers. I have no doubt that our decision to use our panels to create consumer communities will provide a tremendous benefit to our clients.”
