This infographic was created to showcase how DigitalMR using listening247® - social listening and analytics, approached the analysis of a set of data for SABMiller, after it had initially been analysed using a traditional social media monitoring tool. The difference in approach had a big impact on the accuracy of the findings, leading to much different results.
