5 Things We Do Differently in Social Listening: A case study for beer in Latin America


In 2014, SABMiller - one of the world's largest and most well-known beverage companies - used a traditional social media monitoring tool to analyse social media posts from 3 Latin American countries about its brands. The data consisted of posts from Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, News sites, Forums, and Blogs. They then commissioned a re-analysis of that same data to DigitalMR; a high tech company in the space of market research and marketing that conducts qualitative and quantitative research online, with focus on social listening and social analytics.
