SMARK Marketing research conference – 15-16th May
DigitalMR CEO Michalis Michael joined 360Insights Qualitative Director, Michaela Alexandru to speak at the SMARK Marketing Research conference at the Ramada Majestic hotel in Bucharest on May 15-16th 2013.
The conference featured 21 professionals (Romanian and international) each submitting to the public the latest trends in the field of shopper marketing such as: 'new research tools, new types of consumers and trends in consumption and ways to deal with audience loyalty by creating consumer engagement'.
Michalis Michael discussed topics such as: changes in buyer behaviour, more specifically the new techniques and tools of observation research and influencing purchasing behaviour.
