The Social Media Debate - Panelist: Michalis Michael, Managing Director, DigitalMR.
The Social Media Research conference will aim to show how key social media channels can be used to “engage with customers and capture accurate customer insights”. Delegates will have the chance to hear from different agencies and social media communities as well as high-profile brands. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in interactive debates.
Our own Michalis Michael will be a panelist at ‘The Social Media Debate’ where the validity of social media research will be discussed. Some of the main issues include how social media research and social media monitoring can be used to capture consumer insights, as well as the differences between "a communications-driven ‘buzz-monitoring’ approach with a research driven application".
