First ever annual US Banking Social Media Report from DigitalMR to reveal that American Express is the most talked about US bank on the internet
The forthcoming annual US banking report by DigitalMR, will show that American Express is the most mentioned bank on the internet. Excerpts from the first ever annual social media report for US banks show the top three most mentioned US banks on the internet from April 2011 to March 2012 are American Express with a 22.3% share of all comments, followed by Bank of America (20.5%) and Citibank N A (18.3%).
Findings are according to the latest social media monitoring report from social media research specialist DigitalMR.
