Social Media Research Digest 15 - March

The Social Media Research Digest: for free data and free thinking on web listening, community panels, online ethnography and all subjects in-between.

February & March have been very busy months: new product launches, partnerships, conferences, so scroll down and check out what we have in store for you.

Launch of eViewer

DigitalMR are excited and proud to announce the launch of our highly anticipated product, eViewer.

The Web is becoming an increasingly useful tool for business to communicate their offering to customers; the problem? The average customer spends roughly 10-20 seconds on a website, why?

Studies have shown that the design and usability of a website can have a significantly adverse effect on the length of time spent on it. DigitalMR's recently launched product eViewer can help you to: monitor how customers are using your website, quickly identify what customers find wrong with your website and capitalise on what they do like about it; It does not have to be limited to websites either; apps, videos and much more.

Partnership with Horacore

We are proud to announce that through Partnership with DigitalMR, HoraCore have now become an exclusive distributor of DigitalMR's private online community platform "eCommunities". "eCommunities" will enable HoraCore to further enhance its own marketing research services that they provide to their clients.
