Junior Administration/Accounting Executive

DigitalMR is a London based high tech company that uses Artificial Intelligence for Market Research and Customer Insights. Our team uniquely combines the skill-sets of software engineers, data scientists, and market researchers.

We are currently looking for the right candidate to join our team as Junior Administration/Accounting Executive. The successful candidate should be number literate and willing to take on a wide variety of challenges. For an eager candidate we are willing to provide as much responsibility as he/she is ready to handle in order to grow personally and professionally. Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

  • entering data into Xero accounting software
  • recording and monitoring expenses, raising monthly invoices, scheduling payments
  • liaising with HMRC and other government bodies, submitting monthly PAYE
  • ensuring organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and smooth running of an office; organizing and coordinating administrative activities, office operations and procedures
  • opening the office each morning and answering and forwarding phone calls
  • organizing business travel, meetings and appointments
  • meeting and greeting clients and other visitors to the office
  • reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • drafting commercial, staff, or other legal documents
  • liaising and negotiating with office suppliers, debtors, and creditors
  • assisting in government grant administration, preparing financial forecasts and submitting quarterly claims
  • contributing to financial planning activities
