Any information that was not posted on a public medium by its owner and can be perceived as identifiable to a company or business will be treated in a confidential and secure way.

• DMR or third-party associates collect the details provided by individuals on social media and other online sources, only if it has been registered or classified as public information. Any such information that has been provided as private will not be collected or shared in any way.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• DMR holds all personal data that was shared publicly or otherwise on DMR's servers in the European Union territory. The information will be held by DMR as above and will be accessed by DMR's staff and third parties working for DMR for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. DMR has a global network of partners and an international client base; therefore, information may be transmitted across borders both inside and outside the European Economic Area. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

The security of personally identifiable information is a priority for DMR. DMR employs security measures to protect such information both online and offline from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

We keep personal information for as long as a project is live and after that for at least 5 years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the electronic files that contain it. Archived backups might be stored for another 5 years.

DMR will retain the information as long as the law requires. We will then dispose of personal information by deleting the data from our servers.
