Social Sentiment Infographic by Product Category: Why It's Better To Be In The Luxury Goods Industry Than The Services Industry

We have put together an infographic aiming to show the sentiment for various product categories, as identified in several listening247® projects conducted in recent times. This infographic reveals that the negativity in some service industries such as train providers can be huge, whereas for luxury goods industries selling e.g. watches, there is a much lower share of negative comments and a much higher share of positives. People are, for instance, more likely to complain about their telephone provider than an expensive purchase.
